Spend 20% of your time on the now (wrap up) and 80% on the future. Turn off. Disconnect from daily duties for the three days of the retreat.

3. Focus

Limit the sessions to relevant themes. Don’t get too deep into irrelevant issues. Topics could include: new technology trends, disruption, assumptions, and innovation.
