The Beehive, our souvenir shop, is located at our main entrance. You can purchase PV branded clothing and merchandise along with small snacks and cold beverages. Credit/ debit cards and Apple Pay are our preferred payment methods.
You are welcome to wear any type of footwear you’d like, however, all of our Climbing Center activities (Zip Line, Treetops Course, etc.) require you to wear close-toed shoes in order to participate. Sneakers are almost always your best option, but feel free to bring flip flops if you’ll be spending your day in or around the water! Water shoes, while not required, are very popular on the aquapark.
If it rains during your stay, we are still able to keep our outdoor activities open and running. In the event of heavy rain (and/or thunder, lightning, etc.), we will shift to our available indoor spaces until we can safely reopen our outdoor activities.
We are a nut-free facility. If any of your group members have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know at least two weeks prior to your trip so we can determine our ability to accommodate.
We will provide you with a general outline of the day prior to your arrival that includes all meal times and hours of operation for all of our activities. Any specific schedule or planned group activities within the framework of what we offer can be determined and decided by your group.
If you plan to fish, you should bring your own equipment. We have all other sports equipment available for use including golf balls and clubs, tennis racquets and tennis balls, pickleballs and pickleball racquets, wiffle balls and bats, basketballs, soccer balls, frisbees, and volleyballs.
Pocono Valley hosts multiple groups each day. All guests can go to and from the activities throughout the day as they please. For any shared location we will consider the size of the groups and age of the people to ensure the best experience for all our guests.
A change of clothes and a towel are highly recommended if you’ll be enjoying any of our aquatics activities. Sunscreen is good to have on hand as well. Otherwise, we suggest packing as lightly as possible so that all belongings can fit into a backpack and be kept with you at all times. We are not liable for any misplaced or lost personal belongings. If you’d like to bring your own water bottle, there are water-filling stations located throughout the property. If not, water, juice, and coffee are available in the dining halls throughout your stay. We also have soda machines and bottled water are available for purchase in our Souvenir Shop.
